I just LOVE Cicis cinnamon rolls. It’s my go-to snack and my office mates and I often order these yummy delights in boxes and keep them in the pantry. So when Cicis announced they would stop selling the 10-count boxes and instead sell them in 20-count boxes, no one from work complained LOL.
Each cinnamon roll has approximately 126 calories, 8g of sugar, 20g of carbs and 4.3g of fat. Usually I’d consume 1-2 rolls a day on weekdays and indulge a little bit on weekends so 3 rolls is my limit.
How Much are the Cicis Cinnamon Rolls?
The 20-count box of cinnamon rolls at Cicis cost $6.99. That’s CHEAP if you consider the price of a dozen cinnamon rolls at Cinnaholic. OK, I get it. Cinnaholic uses premium ingredients while Cicis, well it’s cheap cinnamon rolls so it’s not even up for comparison. But what I’m trying to say is, Cicis cinnamon rolls are pretty good for the price, which is exactly why people love them.
My Favorite Cicis Cinnamon Rolls
Back in 2022, Cicics introduced the Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls which were an instant hit. They brought it back last year (August 2023) too and I had to rush to the nearest Cicis to get those babies to go before they ran out for the day.
This limited edition cinnamon rolls featured pumpkin spice-infused icing, nutmeg, clove and cinnamon. I’m hoping this LTO product will be back later this year too. It’s delicious and absolutely festive, much like the Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte.

Great Pizza Bar, and Cinnamon Rolls
My Friend and I went for Dinner at CiCi and Love the Bar, with Spaghetti Sauces, Small Salad Bar and Pizza and I got a Special Ordered Pizza which was Delicious, had a few Cheese Bread and Pizza. I Love Their Cinnamon Rolls, with Brownies and Dessert Pizzas when They have Them. It’s a Wonderful Deal for the Price.

I am constantly amazed by the varieties of pizza served at this buffet style restaurant. Their brownies and cinnamon rolls are absolutely delicious as well! The price is reasonable and there is an arcade for the young ones or the young at heart.

Budget food yes, but the quality of the salad and pizzas are far better than many high priced eateries that serve you a small portion for 5 times more.
The choices were excellent and they also made extra pizzason request. I also loved their cinnamon roles, fresh from the oven warm, soft and sweet…amazingly deliscious. The staff were all very helpful and friendly
